The concept of Divorce Preparation Services was established in 1993 when we realized there was a need for an agreeable divorce process in Southern California. At that time being able to do a divorce yourself did not exist, you had to retain an attorney and go to court where your divorce outcomes were overseen by a judge and mandated by the law.
